“Moreover it is required in stewards that one be found faithful.” 1st Cor.4:2
Trustees are Christian Stewards responsible for overseeing the finances and maintenance of all Church properties. They shall hold the Titles and or Deeds to the Church property, executing legal papers in the name of the church when an investment, purchase, transfer or sale has been authorized by the Church.
